What shipping options do you offer?

Our shipping options range from UPS Ground (1-5 days) to UPS Next Day Air.

When will my order be shipped?

After an order is placed, it will take one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) to get it ready to ship. Orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next business day.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.

Is there international shipping option available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I pick up my online order from Patron Gallery in Chicago?

Yes, orders can be picked up during business hours (Tue - Sat, 11 am - 6 pm). Please bring an email confirmation of your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What if I received damaged, defective, or incorrect items?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@patrongallery.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photo proof of any damage.
